Build and test before connecting
Upload your knowledge sources and wait for indexing to finish. Set the Agent’s purpose, audience and boundaries. Try realistic questions in the web test chat and check both answers and requested attachments before sharing the Agent outside your workspace.
Pair the administrator account
Open Social QR, choose WhatsApp and follow Connect WhatsApp. On your phone use Linked devices to pair the account. Wait for the connected state before creating customer invitations. One WhatsApp number connects to one Business Agent at a time; moving the number disconnects the previous Agent.
Share the customer invitation
Use Save QR or Copy target. Customers use their phone camera to open the link in WhatsApp and send the prefilled message. Simply opening the link is not the full binding flow. Use a dedicated service account when practical, and re-pair if the linked device is logged out.
Frequently asked questions
Is the customer QR the same as the pairing QR?
No. The pairing QR connects the administrator account. The customer QR invites people to use the Agent.
