How DocbotFactory handles account, document, conversation, and integration data.

Effective August 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DocbotFactory collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use docbotfactory.online, create Business Agents, upload sources, or communicate through a shared agent.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data, including your Google account name, email address, profile image, and account identifiers.
  • Uploaded files, images, extracted page content, indexes, agent prompts, instructions, and configurations.
  • Chat messages, citations, conversation history, feedback, and social messaging identifiers.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and security logs.
  • Subscription, transaction, invoice, and billing status supplied by our payment processor.

2. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users; ingest and index approved content; generate and deliver Agent responses; maintain conversation history; operate web and social sharing; process subscriptions; prevent abuse; diagnose problems; support users; and meet legal obligations.

3. AI and messaging providers

To provide Agent responses, relevant content and prompts may be transmitted to the AI provider selected by the service administrator. When you connect or use WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, Google authentication, or another integration, information is also processed under that provider’s terms and privacy policy. We share only the information reasonably needed to provide the requested integration.

4. Legal bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, comply with law, and act on consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with infrastructure, authentication, AI, messaging, support, and payment providers acting for us; with authorities when legally required; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

Account data, uploaded sources, indexes, Agent configurations, and conversations are retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. We may retain limited billing, security, backup, and compliance records after deletion when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the service. You may request deletion by contacting us.

7. Security

We use access controls, isolated account workspaces, encrypted transport, restricted service credentials, and operational monitoring designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing. You may also cancel a subscription and disconnect messaging integrations. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

9. International processing

Providers and infrastructure may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use contractual or other safeguards intended to protect transferred information.

10. Children

DocbotFactory is not directed to children under 13, and paid accounts are intended for adults. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review it.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@docbotfactory.online.
