Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to DocbotFactory at docbotfactory.online and its document indexing, Business Agent, web chat, and social sharing services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, activity under your account, and keeping access to your Google account secure. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. The service

DocbotFactory lets you upload documents and images, provide business information, build AI-powered Business Agents, and share those agents through web links, QR codes, and supported messaging services. Features may evolve as we improve the service.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of files, instructions, messages, and other content you submit. You grant DocbotFactory a limited right to host, process, index, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and secure the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to upload and use the content, including personal information contained in it.

4. Business Agents and sharing

You are responsible for the Business Agents you publish, the audiences with whom you share them, and the accuracy of the underlying knowledge. If you collect customer information or connect a messaging account, you must provide any notices and obtain any permissions required by applicable law and the messaging platform.

5. AI-generated output

AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review important outputs before relying on them. DocbotFactory is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and Business Agents must not be presented as licensed professionals.

6. Subscriptions, limits, and billing

Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. Plan limits apply across your account and reset as described on the pricing page. Taxes may be added based on your location. Payments may be processed by a third-party merchant of record or payment processor. You may cancel before the next renewal; access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware or spam; facilitate fraud, harassment, exploitation, or violence; attempt unauthorized access; bypass usage limits; interfere with the service; or generate deceptive content that impersonates a person or organization without authorization.

8. Service suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service; to address non-payment; or to investigate a suspected violation. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us.

9. Availability and warranties

We work to keep DocbotFactory reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every AI response will be correct.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocbotFactory will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Changes and contact
