Put the QR where attendees need it

Test a real attendee journey
Ask which room a session is in, where to find the schedule and whom to contact for help. Check that the Agent uses the correct event documents and can provide requested source files or pages. Update its knowledge and instructions when plans change; do not present it as a live scheduling or emergency-notification service.
