Share an AI agent on Telegram

Create a Telegram bot backed by the documents and photos you choose. Your audience opens the bot and taps Start, without having to learn a separate knowledge portal.

Give the bot a useful knowledge source

Build your Agent with the documents needed for its role: an event agenda, retail catalogue or approved FAQ. Define how it should handle missing information. Check citations and requested files in a test conversation before connecting the bot.

Create a bot for this Agent

Use the official BotFather in Telegram and follow /newbot. Keep the returned token private. Paste the complete token into the Telegram connection settings in Social QR. Use a separate Telegram bot for each Business Agent so users reach the intended knowledge collection.

Invite your audience

Once connected, save the customer QR or copy its link. Customers can use their phone camera to open Telegram, then tap Start and ask a question. Test this with a second account and verify that replies and attachments arrive. Refresh expired customer invitation codes when needed.

Frequently asked questions
